Most likely, yes. I have been a copywriter for nearly 10 years and I have worked for 100+ companies. Therefore, I’m well-versed in researching new fields and translating big chunks of (complex) information into compelling copy. I have collaborated with marketing agencies, IT and software companies, nonprofit organizations, travel agencies, airlines, law firms, fashion brands, recruitment agencies, colleges, training institutions, and consultancy agencies, among others.
Do you have experience writing about my field?
What are your terms?
My schedule tends to fill up very quickly, as I have a lot of long-term clients who require copy on a weekly or monthly basis. However, I do reserve some time for new clients, so if we both feel that I’d be a good fit for your project, I will try to fit it into my schedule and work out a turnaround time that is convenient for both of us.
If you’d like to proceed after reviewing my quote, we will complete some practical steps: I will send you an order confirmation detailing the project, including copy length, timeframe, and revisions. Also, I require a 50% advance payment. The balance is due upon completion of the project.
What are your copywriting rates?
I quote on a per-project basis, considering a variety of factors such as complexity, research, copy length, and revisions.
If you’re looking for a cheap freelance writer, I will have to disappoint you. My rates fall on the higher end of the spectrum – and they do for a reason. My clients see copy as an investment, as do I. Here’s why. You want your copy to attract new customers, grow your fan base, raise brand awareness, or meet another preset objective. This means you need a freelance writer who knows what she’s doing and who is willing to put the required amount of effort and time into your project. Low-quality writing may seem more budget friendly at first, but will it get you the desired results in the long term?
I take my job and my clients’ businesses very seriously. Also, I use my 10 years of writing and marketing experience as well as proven copywriting techniques to provide you with results-oriented, high-quality copy that is tailored to your needs. All of this is reflected in my rates.
How many sets of revisions are included?
Two sets of revisions are included in every project, provided that the initial brief hasn’t changed. I want you to be completely happy with your copy, so I’m always open to constructive criticism. To reassure you, revisions tend to go very smoothly. Most of my clients don’t need any editing at all or just ask me to tweak some small things.
If you have any questions, please let me know. I’d be happy to explain my choices, get your feedback on them, or discuss any changes. My goal is to provide you with effective copy that suits your business needs.
What should I expect from a collaboration with a freelance writer?
I believe that a good freelance writer should not let their own writing style prevail when working on client projects. Every company needs a tone that fits its corporate identity, and it’s the writer’s task to hit the right note after discussing general guidelines with the client.
Additionally, I use various copywriting techniques that are proven methods to captivate an audience and get results.
